HVAC Wholesale Returns Policy

At HVAC WHOLESALE LTD, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a purchased item. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please review our returns policy outlined below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Only unopened items in their original packaging will be accepted for return.

    • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of arrival.

  2. Initiate the Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please send an email to june@hvacwholesale.co.uk with the subject line "Return Request."

    • In the email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Approval and Return Authorization:
    • Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review it.

    • If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a return authorization number (RMA) via email.

    • Do not proceed with the return until you receive the RMA.

  4. Packaging and Shipping:
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

    • Include a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number in the package.

    • Ship the package back to the address provided in the email with the RMA number.

  5. Return Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  6. Inspection and Refunds:
    • Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in an unused and resalable condition.

    • If the returned items meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  7. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

      • Products that have been opened or used.

      • Items purchased more than 14 days ago.

      • Special orders or customized items.

  8. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

    • Provide details and supporting photographs to expedite the resolution process.
