MONDAY'S AT HVAC

Happy New Year!

I hope you all enjoyed the break and had an opportunity to relax. Congratulations to the winners of our 12 Days of Christmas promotion, and well done to Mia and Ashlie for getting all the donations from our fantastic suppliers. 

While the holidays offer most of us a chance to switch off, notice I said most, not forgetting the engineers who remained on call over the break. Thank you for keeping everything running.

Our first week back is dedicated to planning for the year ahead. We sat down as a team to reflect on our successes and areas for improvement, incorporating feedback from customers and suppliers while reviewing the competitive landscape.

A wise man told me you can tell your life history in 15 minutes, so a meeting should never take longer than an hour. I talked too much, as you all know, so a little after 3 hours, we were ready.

Targets for 2026 are, as always, based on the mantra that goals should be "challenging but achievable."  

Feeling very positive about the year ahead.
