MONDAY'S AT HVAC

Hi Everyone,
Please accept my sincere apologies for the late post this week. My original topic changed entirely due to some wonderful family news we all thought it was time to share.
As many of you know, HVAC Wholesale is a family business, and we are thrilled to share that Mia and Jacob are expecting a baby in March 2026! I am absolutely delighted to be becoming a grandmother, and the entire team is over the moon.
This exciting news has naturally prompted a few operational adjustments. Mia and Jacob have various appointments scheduled, and wrongly or rightly in this world of political correctness, we, including Mia, have collectively decided—for peace of mind —to keep Mia away from warehouse operations and deliveries.
This change also led us to review the roles and responsibilities of every team member. During this process, I recognised how much I rely on my excellent team and, frankly, how out of touch I am with technology. For example, Monday’s update was delayed because I didn't know how to post it on the website! This made me consider my own limitations, and I've decided it’s "cool". A team thrives because it is composed of many moving parts—different skills, strengths, and weaknesses—and together, we make the whole.
One of the main reasons I started this blog was to help me focus on our weekly events and maintain transparent communication with our customers and suppliers. I'm not embarrassed to admit that as I get older, I find it harder to travel 20,000 miles a year. This platform allows me to keep you all informed. This is not to say I am hanging up the car keys, but rather sharing the travel and visits with the rest of the team.
At the heart of every business are people—our customers, our suppliers, and the people who show up every day to be part of your team.
I truly appreciate the contributions and strengths that every person brings.
So I am embracing what I am rubbish at, and I am cool that the web stuff (if that's what you even call it) is in better hands than mine. Sam will be taking on that part of Mia's role; apparently, the team feels much safer with that arrangement!
Thank you for reading
June x
