Stay Calm and Carry On...
As October brings cooler weather, it's natural for the pace to shift after what has been one of the busiest summers in years. We've all worked incredibly hard, navigating hot days, evenings, and weekends, tirelessly chasing stock and fitting in jobs whenever possible.
It's easy to feel a dip as the work slows, but as the saying goes, "fear is the mind killer." We are all in this together, and just like last winter, we will get through it.
For HVAC Wholesale, October is a time for recalibration. We're reviewing summer sales—our wins, losses, and, most importantly, customer feedback, both good and bad. Our goal is to be the best we can be, which is why we've increased stock levels, introduced a two-process order check, and planned exciting promotions for the upcoming season.
Our team is also evolving. We're planning for the future, understanding what each of us enjoys and wants to do more of, whether it's in Sales, Customer Service, Technical support, or Purchasing. Working with my family is a privilege, and I am dedicated to building the best possible team. This week, I received a LinkedIn message from an old colleague who said he admired what we've created at HVAC—a business truly built on family values.
As things calm down, it also gives us more time for home and family.
Looking ahead, "Winter is coming" with rewards, including Unilite clothing and Steel Blue Boots. Our chemical bundles now come with a free sprayer. And yes, I'm mentioning Christmas in October, but our contractor giveaway prizes from suppliers have been fantastic! A special thank you to Panasonic and Aspen for always being among the first to support us and lead the way.
Thanks for reading
