Everyone is talking about General HVAC Solutions LTD

What a week it has been. It's not every day in this industry that a long-serving trading relationship changes, and when it does, the rumour mill starts.

Coupling this with a name change and bang, we have headline news about General HVAC Solutions Ltd (formerly Fujitsu General Air Conditioning UK Ltd).

All remains calm at HVAC Wholesale, its business as usual. 

We thought we would take this week's chat to confirm a few of those questions being asked by everyone. 

Will branding change on equipment and boxes? 

In short, all equipment will continue to arrive for the foreseeable future with the Fujitsu Airstage logo on. 

Will my warranty be affected? 

All warranty with equipment will be honoured by General HVAC Solutions.

If you have a warranty claim, you can sort this by going through a distributor or directly with General HVAC Solutions.

What will happen to my comfort club points? 

You will need to contact Fujitsu and change the distributor from which you choose to receive points.

All points saved will be honoured in full. 

Will stock be better in 2026?

Forecasts have been changed, and provisions for stock have been made. As always, your cooperation is required. If you can help in providing forecasts and plans on all orders as soon as possible, HVAC Wholesale and General HVAC  Solutions will work together to ensure we maintain healthy stocks throughout the year. 

Will there be additions to the Fujitsu Range? 

YES! There will be additions to the range, including a R32 VRF range. The ECO PLUS and Standard ranges continue to simplify the offering to the customer. 

We at HVAC wholesale are excited for the year ahead with General HVAC Solutions.  We will as always, continue to support our existing customer base and open the doors to new Fujitsu customers who are looking for a new Distributor. 

PS. How many times have I said HVAC?. The 1st correct answer gets an extra sweet bag on their next delivery!
